Thanks to its unique microclimate, the region enjoys exceptional warmth and brightness throughout the year, offering an ideal environment to fully enjoy the particular atmosphere of each season. The sea awaits you beyond beautiful golden dunes, where you will find completely natural fauna and flora, a wooden boardwalk lined with palm trees that invites you to stroll, beach bars, children's play areas and two large free car parks.
Our house, modern and welcoming, offers all the comfort necessary for a peaceful stay: wifi, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, solarium with outdoor shower and motorised awnings. It also features a private communal swimming pool, with a jacuzzi and a paddling area for the little ones.
It is a perfect place for both a romantic getaway for a couple and for a family of up to 4 people. Right next to it is a small, very pleasant park in summer, with a children's play area. The nature of the surroundings is exceptional: the San Pedro del Pinatar Natural Park, with its salt marshes and flamingos; the renowned Thalasia spa centre, which offers different thermal cure programmes and relaxation spaces; the Romero golf club, as well as the Spanish village of Pilar de la Horadada, are just a few minutes' drive away for those wishing to immerse themselves in Spanish local life (festivities, carnival parades, processions, flamenco, patron saint festivals, sports centre, shops, restaurants, banks, etc.).
Between sea, nature and leisure, our house promises you a relaxing and revitalising stay under the Mediterranean sun.
As a guarantee for possible damages during your stay, a deposit of €100.00 will be charged. This amount will be held in your account on the day of check-in and will be refunded within a maximum of 3 days after departure, provided that the accommodation is in good condition.
From the refund, €1.80 will always be deducted for platform management fees.
